Step-by-step guide

  1. From the user’s outlook, click on file and optionsat right top corner. Then click on options.
  2. In the dialog box, click on calendar.

  3. Under "Calendar optionsOptions", click on Change permissions for viewing Free/Busy Options.

  4. Under readRead, check full details.

  5. A pop-up message will appear. Click yes.

  6. Close out of outlook.
  7. Click on the windows button and type in "outlook.exe/cleanfreebusy".
  8. Relaunch the users outlook application and outlook will do a quick update.
  9. Go back to admin station to verify the users calendar showing details.
