The Harassment and Involvement Policy requires acknowledgment upon hire. Epitec may request a new acknowledgment after hire as the handbook is updated frequently to accurately explain and comply with current business practices or changes in local, state, and federal regulations. Employees review and electronically acknowledge these policy updates via DocuSign.
