Priority Health- How to find a Doctor

Below is a step-by-step guide for how to find a doctor in the Priority Health Network.

Step 1: Click on the following link: Priority Health - Search homepage (healthsparq.com)

Step 2: Select the Location you want to search, you can type in the city or zip code that you want to search

Step 3: Click “All Plans” then click on “Employer Group Plans”

Step 4: Click on “Southeast MI Partners-A (HMO/POS-A)

Step 5: Click on “Search All” You are able to search by name, Specialty, place or type.

Step 6: Once you have determined what service you would like to search it will bring up a list of doctors in your area, it will also list if the doctor is Tier 1 or Tier 2.
