Follow the following steps in order to add a shared-email account (such as immigration@epitec.com, deliverysupport@epitec.com, etc..) to an iPhone. 

Step-by-step guide

Add the steps involved:

1. Go to the settings on the phone and under mail select account.
2. Select add account.
3. Select other.
4. Under other fill-up the form as follows:

IMAP ACCOUNT INFORMATION

Name: Shared email name e.g. Immigration

Email: immigration@epitec.com

Description: Immigration

Incoming Mail server

HostName: Outlook.Office365.com

Username: rbell@epitec.com/immigration

Password: ********

Outgoing Mail server

SMTP: smtp.office365.com 

    5. Select done or save.
