Run the application (it will require admin credentials)
Close Outlook and re-open it
I had the ability to schedule WebEx meetings from my outlook calendar but today I noticed the option to add a WebEx meeting has disappeared. I've been using this feature to schedule meetings with Ford clients. Has this feature been disabled or could it be something on my end? |
Admin access is required for the application to be installed.

Other settings to check for: From Outlook, enable the Webex plug-in (Outlook> file> options> ad-ins> com-adins> enable Webex) Also verify that outlook integration option is enabled in webex desktop app under settings> preferences> integration/ calendar. |
