To enroll in the 401(k):
Log into ADP workforce now and click on the myself tab, benefits, retirement earningssavings, it will take you to the 401k page. When you click in there to enroll and follow the steps it will let you see all of the plans.

You will need to sign the rollover form in ink and scan it back to us. We can then have our plan administrator sign the document. The plan number is 471510 , if you have any further questions Customer Service line for Epitec at 866-695-7526. Please reference the plan number when you call. Once both signatures are obtained, we will send this to ADP for processing.
