Details of our 401(k) benefits.
General Information
Per our Consultant National Benefits Brief: "401(k) Savings Retirement Plan. The 401(k) Savings Retirement Plan is administered through ADP Retirement Services. Epitec matches 25% per dollar of employee contribution up to the first 6% of your gross wages. You can elect from Fidelity investments and investment models. We also offer a Roth IRA deferral option (post tax). Eligibility and participation will be effective on the first day of the month following your hire date. For example, if you are hired on August 17th, your eligibility date would be September 1st."
To enroll in the 401(k):
Log into ADP workforce now and click on the myself tab, benefits, retirement earnings, it will take you to the 401k page. When you click in there to enroll and follow the steps it will let you see all of the plans. Or you can reach out to 401k@epitec.com
For 401(k) Transfers and rollover:
We have our 401k outsource, so you will have to contact 401k@epitec.com and they will be able to help you with everything that you need regarding your 401k. They will provide a 401k rollover form that will require your signature. Once you get the form signed, it will then be sent to us for a signature. We will then send the signed form back to 401k@epitec.com and they will handle the rest!
